


Albisher & Alkazemi Company, the Authorized General Distributor of Mercedes-Benz products and services in Kuwait officially opened the all new Service Center and ExpressService Center for Mercedes-Benz owners today.
The completely new facility is the embodiment of the state of the art technologies and brand values of Mercedes-Benz. “Our main target for the new facility was to provide our esteemed customers and Mercedes-Benz passenger car owners the best that the brand has to offer in terms of After-Sales Service and technology available today.” said Mr. Ralph Geyer, Service Manager Albisher & Alkazemi Company.
“The building itself has been designed from the perspective of the customer with minute attention given to all the aspects of the customer experience, from utilizing the latest equipment to providing a relaxed, comfortable and luxurious atmosphere for the convenience of our customers. We wanted to take out the stress from taking your Mercedes-Benz for regular maintenance, customers can use the online Pre-Booking facility and make an appointment with a Service Advisor so that he or she is taken care of the moment they arrive without any waiting” continued Mr. Geyer.

This new facility is larger and ergonomically designed so that customers are serviced better and quicker. It has integrated into the building structure, a Service Reception, 4 (four) Active-Receiving Bays, 6 (Six) ExpressService bays, a Mercedes-Benz Boutique and Accessories area and a large Mercedes-Café.
A team of six Service Advisors and two Body & Paint specialist receivers are geared towards providing attention to customers’ needs and motivated to provide superior customer service.
The Service Reception covers an area of 600 sq.m. and the large café is more than 150 sq.m. in size, to accommodate our customers in style.
The new Service Center will also be able to handle more cars in a day than its current level of around 45 vehicles per day. With this new facility we are able to provide professional service to around 60 vehicles per day.
As with other ExpressService Centers owned by Albisher & Alkazemi Company in Kuwait, Mercedes-Benz customers will be able to do all 1 to 2 hour service jobs in this facility and watch their vehicle being pampered. They can also enjoy some snacks and beverages in the Mercedes-Café while they wait. The facility boasts of high-speed free Wi-Fi access points and complimentary computers for customers to access the internet.
