Albisher & Alkazemi’s new Service centre & ExpressService facility in Shuwaikh is the embodiment of the state of the art technologies and brand values of Mercedes-Benz. Our main target for the new facility is to provide our esteemed customers and Mercedes-Benz passenger car owners the best that the brand has to offer in terms of After-Sales Service and technology available today.

The building itself has been designed from the perspective of the customer with minute attention given to all the aspects of the customer experience, from utilizing the latest equipment to providing a relaxed, comfortable and luxurious atmosphere for the convenience of our customers.

This new facility is larger and ergonomically designed so that customers are serviced better and quicker. It has integrated into the building structure, a Service Reception, 4 (four) Active-Receiving Bays, 6 (Six) ExpressService bays, a Mercedes-Benz Boutique and Accessories area and a large Mercedes-Café. Here in our new ExpressService facility Mercedes-Benz customers are able to do all 1 to 2 hour service jobs and watch their vehicle being pampered. They can also enjoy some snacks and beverages in the Mercedes-Café while they wait. The facility boasts of high-speed free Wi-Fi access points and complimentary computers for customers to access the internet.

The Service Department places customer satisfaction as the highest priority. Familiar faces with many years' experience combine to give well-informed technical information with a refreshing, friendly approach.

Setting the standard for exceptional levels of service, Albisher & Alkazemi Co. has two more service centers in Alrai & Ahmadi.

For customer convenience our Alrai branch has a complete workshop for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The ExpressService facility in Alrai is always ready to provide quick and efficient service for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars. This facility houses four ExpressService work-bays and one Active Receiving Diagnostic bay to cater to all jobs that can be completed within an hour. The following jobs are carried out by Mercedes-Benz certified workshop personnel at all our ExpresService centers:

· A/C Maintenance service
· Engine Flushing
· Batteries check-up & replacement.
· Exhaust System maintenance
· Brakes maintenance
· Shock-Absorber maintenance for smaller models.

This facility not only has a state of the art ExpressService workshop, it also has a comfortable and chic customer waiting lounge along with a Mercedes-Benz Cafe where customers can enjoy a cappuccino and read the latest Mercedes-Benz magazine, while they wait for their ExpressService to be completed

For the benefit of our Mercedes-Benz Passenger car customers from the areas of Fintas, Fahaheel, Ahmadi and adjoining areas, we also have a ‘state of the art’ ExpressService facility at our Ahmadi location. Here the customers can take advantage of our one-hour ExpressService facility and watch their vehicles being serviced.

Our workshops are equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment, special tools and computers which are required for our high-tech sophisticated Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
